Enrollment and Access
By enrolling in the online tattoo course, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the online course materials, which may include video tutorials, written content, and other educational resources (“Course Materials”). Access to the Course Materials is personal to you, and you may not transfer or share your login credentials with any third party.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Course Materials and the content provided through the online course, belong to the Provider or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course Materials without the express written consent of the Provider.
You may use the Course Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Course Materials may violate copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Course Content and Expectations
The Machu Tattoo School will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Course Materials are accurate, up to date, and comprehensive. However, the Machu Tattoo School does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course Materials for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for practicing tattooing techniques in a safe and responsible manner. The Provider is not liable for any injury, damage, or negative consequences that may arise from your tattooing activities.
Payments and Refunds
The fees for the online tattoo course are specified at the time of enrollment. You agree to pay the applicable fees in full before gaining access to the Course Materials.
All fees paid for the online tattoo course are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Once you have accessed the Course Materials, no refunds will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the online tattoo course, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, or reputation.
The Provider shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, or technical issues that may occur during the online course delivery, including but not limited to problems with internet connectivity, hardware, or software.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
Severability
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding your participation in the online tattoo course, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
By enrolling in the online tattoo course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
